Dye Bleeding Issue

Dye Bleeding Issue
Hey everyone,
It's a 2001 Corolla. A shirt basically bleeded onto my car seat.
What that means is that the dye from the shirt transferred to the car seat which is called dye bleeding or dye transferring. They say it can be permanent. It's not just cotton/fabric peices on the chair, it's seriously a rub off.
Has anyone had this problem with any recommendations? Any interior cleaners in Toronto that can handle this well?
Thanks in advance.
