A few in progress pics. Worked on it for awhile yesterday, this thing is a lot harder to install than I thought. You're basically given a square carpet with 4 inches overhang on the driver and passenger side of the car, and it's "pressed" into the shape of the floor (so it's molded around the hump and such) but you have to cut all the holes and stuff, let me tell you... trying to cut a hole through the carpet AND the jute so you have a hole for the big torx bolts sucks.

lol, nah bleaching out from the sun. The black nylon part of it. I'm sure it'd be VERY easy to dye that since it's basically a cotton/nylon/thin material, though. But, before Superfest, I've told my dad I'm making the commitment to buy true seat covers. A few places have them for like 200-300, not too bad. Maybe I can talk my dad into allowing me to use my income taxes for that.
Anyway, here's some more update pics. It's no where near finished, I still have trimming to do, more tucking to do, and my kickpanels aren't fully installed since I still gotta paint them (the driverside has primer drying right now) but it's coming along. Still got a lot of work, but the car's drivable!

Yeah, the carbon fiber door sills are from RKSport. I'd been looking for them forever and a half, and finally they were selling a pair that had a slight deformity in the "O" on the driverside, it's hardly noticable but since it's not perfect quality they wouldn't sell it at regular price, so I got a good deal on them.
haha you bastard, I was wondering if you paid the 200 or whatever it is. I got a cataloge from them last summer and I wanted to get them, and saw the price and cried. Good thing you got a deal on them though, they look nice!
