THANK YOU DANIELLE! Jeez ... I guess people really don't read the whole post! Fricken kids just want the pictures! :banghead: ... Just like she said, and what I said more than once, the bra is hiding a HUUUUGE SCRATCH. And if you read my post I said that I am going to buy a 4" cowl and a new front clip and paint them both at the same time so then I can get rid of the bra. Anyway, Thanks to everyone who commented and actually read my post. Haha ... Kiddin, thanks everyone.

Wheres the best place to get a 4" glasstek cowl hood? Ebay? or www.hawksthirdgenparts.com? The ones I found on ebay said that in the state they are in they are "gel coated" and have to be sanded, primered, sanded, sealed, and then painted. Is that how all of them normally work or is this company just lazy?
Oh, and I also have the same question for the nose clip of my car, where is the best place to get one of those?
glad you guys like my wheels, by the way. I love em.

Oh, okay. Could a paint shop do all that stuff or would it be best if I sanded and prepped it before they painted it? What is a price that I should keep in mind when shoppin around for painters to paint my nose and hood?
I was also wondering if a high-grade Maaco paint job would be nice enough for my new hood and nose?

depends on what quality that you are looking for. For your basic paint, I'd say you could go with Maaco. Caleb had his Camaro painted at one, and it looked pretty good (for a red car, anyway ). Just stay away from any Earl Scheib's.

K cool! Thanks . So I've been thinkin about this ... I've never worked on a "plastic" car before . My chevelle was a huge chunk of metal and I was able to do most everything on it except the welding and stuff. Anyway, I was just wondering if I would be capable to put the nose and hood on by myself with a friend or 2... I have no clue where the nose is bolted on or how hard it is to allign the nose and hood correctly. Do most of you guys do your own body work like this? (keep in mind that I'm a car guru in training ... not quite there yet. Biggest projects I've done are completly redoing the brakes, and taking off the exhaust and putting headers on my old chevelle).
(On a side note, where is the ultimate cheapest/best shipping/most reliable site that sells SLP loudmouth?)

The best price I've seen on the loudmouth is from www.ftpp.net. That's where I got mine, along with my headers and cat.

Okay, I feel stupid for asking ... but is something like this all I would need to get a new nose?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/93-97...37076283QQrdZ1
or this
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BUMPE...38413617QQrdZ1
I know its stupid, it just confuses me when they say "bumper COVER" ... Is there anything else I need to put it on? New fasteners or bolts or something? I told you I'm not super car smart. :P BUT IM TRYING!!!
