Hey look what I found. Some of you like the targa top. Here is a cool looking one. Where the heck do you put the top though??? Anyway, Nice looking car though. I think unless he has some added support and structure to the car, it would be a waste. Just my $.02.

to make it structuraly sound you need some x bracing (the doors still sag on a lift)

Chassis is stiffened via BMR boxed subframes, also welded to the entire rocker pinchweld, plus 4 extra sections of C-channel somewhat extending the subframe connectors out a few inches.

Nothing fancy.

I've been driving this car with the Targa top for about 6 months, it hasn't moved .01 inch. (measured with a 3 foot dial caliper)

The roof is made of carbon fiber, bonded to the original t-top side latches... it attatches and removes just like factory, just one piece. With the roof on , it looks like a hardtop.

Yeah, we had some pics up of me sawzalling the roof bar.

yeah, I've seen his car before. He did a nice job on it.

Yeah, that's Whistlers car... he's done some good stuff to it, like the custom front fascia, the targa, the harwood cowl hood (that's what it is, right?)... but I have to say I dun like the rims. Overall tho, his car is really cool, and I think the inspiration for most that like the targa top idea.

No that cowl is custom.. He made that.. He had it just CF for a while but then when he got his car painted viper gray he painted the hood also..

He also used to have the c5 tail lights but he told them off.. Now he has the all red tail lights which are still custom..
