Okay, here is my 2 cents. I have that exact tach and shift light. Know why I got it? Because I wanted a shift light, and a shift light costed 90, and the tach+light was 115. **** it, I got both for 25 more. And he is correct, the stock tach is +300rpm on mine as well. I dont think it looks great on my car or his, but it works, and I dun care either way, if it makes you drive better, there ya go.

But an honest word of advice, this coming from me, im sure one of the 'riciest' camaros on this forum, take it easy. Everyone gets bashed for having different taste than the 'typical' f-body, if they dont like it, let them say their peace, you listen, and accept that. You both agree to disagree, simple as that. If I got pissed off every time someone said my car looked like rice or commented on the vinyl's, i'd be banned from alot of forums lol. And guess what? I just got back from AutoFair and won Top5 Runner Up 4th Gen F-body, so **** them.

i used to have my tach in the same spot but i realized it wasnt worth having it so big so i went with just a shift light.Summitracing got these led shift lights that shows the rpms and u can get it red so it would match ur dash lights!

yes, a shigt light is 90, i got the tach for 80, idk if i mentioned that, either way... like i said, if you dont like it, then get the **** outa my thread.

I dunno about all that ********, but whatever, my buddie just put his shift light in the airvent, looks pimp sucks the tack didnt fit. haha

if you use the stock tach and race, your losing, if you have engine mods and use any stock gauge except speedo your nuts

Yup- i'm sure i'll receive criticism with my gauges once their down too- "Why all the gauges? you car came with gauges??"

But once you hook your car up to a laptop or another outside source and see how far the gauges are off you won't understand...

While I'm not big on it, I understand the purpose of it and thinks its a good idea. You really do need to calm down, though. No one said anything that bad at all. Half of us here have been bashed 20x worse than that and didn't react so bad. If you post it here, that means you want an opinion, and you are not going to like everyone's opinion.
