That was my biggest concern with the 17x8.5 rims...if the 275/40's would fit. I already have a whole set of eagle f1 tires this size is why i was considering them up front. Guess Ill just have to go out and get the 245/45's. And Sarasota is exactly where the rims are coming from. Nice to here im getting a good product from a reputable company.

I'm sure it was nothing personal, just a poor volume to manning issue.
Regardless of the fact, him not leaving you feedback does not change that you got quality rims at half the price of any competitors

Why not just go factory: 245/45/17 on the front and 275/40/18 on the back?

Brandon,
The according to industry standards the recommended rim width range for
a 275/40R17 tire is 8.5 to 11", so 8.5" would be the minimum width to
use but certainly safe.
Thank you,

Since i already have four 275/40/17's, im going to go ahead and run them in the front and see how everything looks. A one inch difference between the tire height of the fronts and rears shouldnt really even be that noticable wouldnt you think? Maybe give the a$$ end a nice little stance?
