So, the first thing I did was used rubbing alcohol on the headrest's to remove as much of the penetrated oils and conditioners. I also used a hair-dryer on the leather just prior to applying them, which helped the adhesive on the back of the decals stick better.
After they were on the seat, I used the hair-dryer a little longer, making sure they didn't get too warm,......used a little pressure from the backside of my forearm to make sure they were stuck good.......let them dry for 24 hours, and re-applied the conditioner to the seat everywhere except for about 1/2 inch around the decal area. After a couple days I used a Q-Tip to apply some conditioner in and around all the decals, and I couldn't be happier with they way it turned out. (check out the passenger seat. It has a big wrinkle in the leather, but with the proper prep work, they actually stick quite well, and look at the way it actually bends over the wrinkle......it looks pretty pliable to me!)
