I think the front end would look better if you also painted the grill louvers black as well. Unless you're going with a Z28 insert, that would look the best. And yes on the black stripes too.
I meant i did it in microsoft paint

Thanks for the advice, i am glad none of you wanted me to paint my mirrors b/c i really don't like them painted black after looking at it close. I'll get some paint and stuff maybe this weekend and start on satuday. I'll keep you guys up to date on what goes on.

personally, I' prefer the bucket areas painted to match the car, that's why I did mine that way. But some car's look good with the area painted black.

lookin great there, hey danielle, no offense or any this is just a question, but if you like the buckets to be the body color, then why do you like the black outs?(if you still have them on) Im only asking this because i would think that black outs and black head light buckets are very similar.

The headlight covers were to hide my very messed up paint job on the front bumper. Whether or not I keep them after this paint is still debatable, but I only ever had them on at car shows. They aren't really the same.. think of it this way. The black headlight area around the front of the lights is like eyeliner, while covers are like sunglasses. There is a diffference between someone wearing sunglasses and eyeliner.

Yeah that does look good. Did you just spray and clear coat? Did you use gloss or flat ... looks like gloss
