Ok, scratched the FLAT black idea... I wanted to do a Satin black, not glossy but not dull either...
I have got photos of every step for those of you brave enough to take sand paper to your car! lol I will post them in the Tutorial section later...

For the base coat I used Plasti-kote Spot filler and primer...
And for the actual paint I used Plasti-kote Ultra Enamel Satin Black
Works for the time being, cost me $6... For both cans, plus $5 for the 400 and 1000 grit sand paper. So $11 and 3 hours for a berger panel...
If it wears off quick or doesnt keep it's texture, I will take it and have it done professionally...
And for the actual paint I used Plasti-kote Ultra Enamel Satin Black
Works for the time being, cost me $6... For both cans, plus $5 for the 400 and 1000 grit sand paper. So $11 and 3 hours for a berger panel...
If it wears off quick or doesnt keep it's texture, I will take it and have it done professionally...

The car doesnt see weather so, using an external touch up type paint will be fine...
