Pop Riveting?

Pop Riveting?
How would go about pulling my passenger side quarter panel? Since their is no gas line running to it only a bumper light I figure it would not be to hard to pull. The only thing I should have to do is hunt around for the tack welds and grind them off correct? Since I have no way of tacking it back I was wondering if I could just rivet the panel on? I just don't know if I should take a whack at this or not.

rivit it if you want rust, the proper way is to grind the metal down use a stud welder with a special tool and pull with that, any hole will cause rust (that's why slide hammers are for car thieves not body men)

Yea dont use the rivets i that that to the rear quarter when i had my ranger and it rusted right though, there were cancer bubbles where the rivets were, i need to do the read quarter on my bronco and im going to to it right this time, im just going to cut the old one off at the body line and mig weld a new bottom half on then sand it and bondo it sand it ect. etc.
