Hell, while i'm on the subject, anyone know the best way to shave that camaro word off the panel? The panel is fiberglass so would filling with bondo and sanding work or would you fiberglass or what? I really have no idea.

I'll let Arch answer the "official" answer, but I'd say that fiberglassing it in would be the best bet. Bondo can crack and what not... if the panel is fiberglass then fiberglassing it in would be the best bet in my opinion.

If i can - sure. I mean someday down the road i could have it done professionally but why not try it first. Worse thing that could happen is i screw it up and buy a new panel off Ebay.

sand the hell out of it, use tiger hair (fiberglass reinforced bondo) not the bondo brand either apply liberaly sand reapply sand sand more you get the picture, make sure and sand around the area larger than you think you need the bondo only sticks where it's applied, and use thin coats and build up
