Rim Painting

I have 17" rims and i am looking to get them professionally painted black. DO any of you gusy noe any places who do amazing job on painting rims i dont ant the paint to peel or chip offf. I want it to look like it was bought black. I am looking to spend $150 or so... any help or info would be greatly appreciated

over all it wouldnt be worth spending 150 per rim to paint
that would be 600 im better of buying new rims lol i wanna spend 100-150 for everythign overall

well honetly your better off buying new rims cause u gotta get those powder coated and for 17" rims ur gonna end up spending at least $100 per rim

r u seriouss fawk theres no cheaper place cu zi love the rims and hsit i jus wanna repaint them get rid of the curb rash n stuff

well you can always do it yourself, buy high grade automotive paint stripper, primer, paint, clear coat. it'll end up costing you about $120 all together

call a couple places, but im pretty sure i had quotes of 60-70 a wheel. if you don't like the prices, do it yourself! thats what im going to do :thumbsup:

what if my rims are already painted black but teh paint is peeling do i have to sand it all down or do i paint over itt??

When I did mine, I dismounted the tires and took the rims into a metal cleaning place and they acid dipped them for $80, then primer, paint and clear coat cost me in total about $150~

I got my rims professionally powder coated by a recommended guy.. he did an AMAZING job !! He fixxed all the rash on them as well, and I got to pick from like 200 colors... I got a custom gunmetal with bronze and a clear coat.. It took a while for them to get done because they were done propa but they came back lookin WAYYY better then I could of ever imagined. I paid 300 bucks for all 4.. PM me if you want contact info... this guy does not **** around he backs up his work and is DAMN good at what he does.
