When I did mine, I dismounted the tires and took the rims into a metal cleaning place and they acid dipped them for $80, then primer, paint and clear coat cost me in total about $150~

I got my rims professionally powder coated by a recommended guy.. he did an AMAZING job !! He fixxed all the rash on them as well, and I got to pick from like 200 colors... I got a custom gunmetal with bronze and a clear coat.. It took a while for them to get done because they were done propa but they came back lookin WAYYY better then I could of ever imagined. I paid 300 bucks for all 4.. PM me if you want contact info... this guy does not **** around he backs up his work and is DAMN good at what he does.
