i hope your friend is going to upgrade his brakes with a big caliper and bigger rotor to help stop his junk. moving up to such a heavy wheel will make his braking dangerous without the appropriate upgrade. shocks with more rebound damping will also make sure that the wheel movement is controlled better as well.
