Glasstek is just a copy of VFN. The company was actually started by an employee of VFN. It's pretty funny actually, I was talking to the shop manager at VFN and he was telling me how he really hated Glasstek because people would order from them and get crappy products and would then think all aftermarket fiberglass products were like that. So he would have to talk to these people to understand they build their hoods to a higher standard.

Plust Glasstek doesn't come out with new products, VFN constantly is based on what their customer's want.

Well this customer needs them to build a shop local so he doesn't have to pay shipping.

That's the orignial reason I bought from VFN instead of another company, shipping will kill you.

Isn't Thunder Racing by you? If so you should be able to pick the hood up from their shop.
