Update on My Wide Fenders
MCHP who's doing the wide fender on my kit will be doing the install this winter. We first talked about doing it during the summer so they could turn around and sell the kit right away but to make sure everything's done right they've decided to do it this winter.
Personally this is the best news for me. Now I don't lose my car during the few months we have here in WI where we can actually enjoy the car. Now I only lose it while it's cold and crappy outside which is when the car would be in the garage anyways.

Thats awesome Chad. Your car is going to look amazing when them fenders get installed, I will definatly envy your car once Its done.
I agree thats not too bad of a deal doing it in the winter when its rather crappy out anyway.

Now part of me can't wait for winter, then I remember what winters like and I can wait LOL.
I really can't wait for next spring though, MCHP will paint the fenders so I won't need to do anything but once I get the car back I plan on taking it to a body shop to get all the little things fixed and hopefully hit up some car shows then.

The one thing I'm worried about is obviously the wheels won't stick out far enough anymore once the fenders are installed. I really like the Smoothie II's so I'm thinking I might order a new set but order them so they'll have a fatter lip so they will fill in the fenders and I'll probably go with 18's this time.

Your car is def in my top five f-bodies right now. After you get the wide fenders on...your car is gonna be outrageous man. It's gonna look awesome, but +1 on the 18s that have a wider lip when ya get the wide fenders.
