good luck. I know a few people that have done this mod and they all agree that the hardest part is making the first cut.

I planned on doing that to my '94 many times but never got around to it. When I was looking for an LS1 I wouldn't even look at cars without t-tops.

From what I understand, the bar in the middle keeps the roof from twisting.

i too beleive that but i still think it would be cool, but yes you would need to do something to make it stronger.

that's only the tip of the iceberg for mods. You give up too easily. Just go buy something faster to begin with. It will make you happier.
