I was wandering since you don't have the rubber piece on the cowl anymore when you wash you car does a ton of water drain on your engine? When I switched to my aftermarket hood the rubber piece doesn't fit snug anymore and it seems like more water gets threw...

Also I heard that you can get a ticket for not having any wipers, not sure though...

Yes, It is illegal to not have wipers. My car is for show only, so it doesn't really matter, not much on my car is legal anymore. As far as the water goes. I have had my car like this for over 3 yrs. I have never washed it since it was painted. Only quick detailed it and waxed it. LOL. No water spots!!

I just sold my Truck last week and now I'm trying to sell my car trailer. I just bought a 1997 Chevy 3500 6.5 Turbo Diesel, tandem axle in the back with a 18 ft flatbed. So after my car is completed hopefully after next winter. I'm going to start trying to go long distances. So maybe if there is some major shows in those areas, you'll catch me at them. But for right now, until the car is finished, I'm trying to stay more local. I want it to be right like I want it before I start traveling.
