Yeah, I dont think the question is wether it looks good or not, but if the money is worth the better lighting.
Also, you dont have to buy a new housing. If you do it right, you can just get the bulb out of the housing, and wha-la, $10 per oem bulb

yeah i saw an auction on ebay for silverstars starting at .99 with 5 shipping.
i spent a lot of money on lighting on my last car...xenon highs and lows, then went through three or four different types of clear corner and fog bulbs trying to find the whitest ones, most were dim cheapo crap.
at my work i got a pair of 9006 bulbs for 10 bucks...so bam i made up my mind, i aint spending anything on modding my lighting.
