do you have weight? and can you do a bit better than 700? knowing what brand they are would help, cuze that way people can cross reference whether the asking price is fair

i dont know the exact weight,they are around 17-20 pounds a rim.i belive they are konigs i dont know the model.and i said make me an offer.
