depends what they came off of, but most tdo5h turbos are a 16g or big 16g since alot of dsm's and suby's use them factory.

DSMonster has a spectacular aura aboutDSMonster has a spectacular aura about
All "TD05H" signifies is the type of compressor housing, nothing more!
Now if the seller isn't even a DSMer I'd be cautious as to what kind of compressor wheel is actually in that "TD05H" compressor housing. A "TD05H" can hold many different compressor wheels. It can be 14b(stock turbo), s16g, b16g, evo3b16g, 18g, and even a 20G. Whats stamped on the turbine housing? If its a 060, its either a 14b or s16g.....if its a 070 it's most likely a b16G. I'd have to see the wheel before I could say what turbo it actually is.

Actually, most TD05H turbos are 14b's

Iam willing to bet there are a few 1g cars running around with small 16g's and big 16g that think they have a 14b. Just due to the cars age and amount of owners. Selling your car as modified isnt exactly easy either. I'll go and look at mine (there was a receipt in the glove box when I bought it that had something to do with the turbo)...lookin for 070.
this happened alot in the mid-late 70's with old beaten musclecars that were thought to have 396's had 427's or 454's swapped in but sold as stock during gas crunch.

It'll mainly be those that've had a JDM motor swap done in the past. The JDM motors can come with either the 14b, s16G and sometimes even a big16g. If it came with the blue-top injectors(450cc) it'll have the 14b forsure. The ones that came with the 16g's will have yellow-top injectors(510cc).
