4) I WANT TO BUY A CHEAP SET OF 16' RIMS or 17' RIMS THAT HAVE SOME GOOD TREAD LEFT, I DONT CARE FOR THE BRAND NAME I ONLY CARE HOW HOW CHEAP THEY R, ILL PAY $300 firm.

man stop posting WTB in the for sale parts section there is a separate section on WTB parts. And i'll tell you right now, you will not find 16 or 17 inch rims with good tires for 300 bucks.
