it will pass everything the previous owner was driving for a bit then he got a new car so it doesn't need much, starts and runs all the time.

I know this is probably a low ball.... But i will buy this car tomorrow for 500 bucks.... i have a 2003 civic lx coupe with a k20a2 for sale and its not selling and i need a project as im legally not aloud to drive my coupe anymore because i got pinched for street racing.....
