i got here a 1991 civic that is ready for ur turbo. i just took the turbo off to put on another car and have no real use for this.
all oil inlet and outlet lines are there and ready.

car comes with:
built lower end
AEM adjustable cam gear
skunk 2 camshaft.
short throw shifter. (i don't remember what brand but it's still very tight and crisp)
JDM Clear corners and clear bumper signals.
racing wheel,
cold air intake.
lowered on H&R coil over
and more! brand new brakes.... sony xplod cd ect

the previous owner swapped to turbo pistons
and was running 15-20lbs
car right now has no exaust manifold. so you can either slap on your turbo. or put on a non turbo manifold on and rip it like that.
If you need, i can give you the non turbo manifold
the car has no back seats and is in a primered stage. i can get it painted for you for a decent price and have a real nice job done. paint+clear coat.

haha i know, EF lips are tough to find... no liens, i'm not planning on selling it
with an etest, but sure if that's the only thing holding your back, i'm willing to have it etested, maybe even certified.

it's 260,000 on the body and 10,000 on the motor.

Thats the oem lip with another lip added onto it wether its a another oem one or a homemade i don't know. I have a 1990-1991 civic si front bumper with oem lip if someone is interested in that.
