Hi all,
I would like to sell my car so i can come up with enough money to pay for school. I got this car but due to my shitty *** driving record i cant afford insurance (2 accidents and a dangerous driving charge will do that to ya) so i would much rather someone enjoy the car and i have some loot for school. The car came on a set of steelies with snows (still have 1 season left in em and come with the car) i managed to get a set of aluminum rims off a 2G talon with 225/50/16 hercules tires on em that have about 80% life left in em. I replaced the front and rear rotors (replaced with brembos) and pads organic compound), The exhaust is new, new master clutch cylinder problematic with these cars) and fresh fluid. The car was rustproofed by the previous owner as some spots have that yellow oil film that rustproofing causes, the underbody of this car is mint as well. I also installed a custom dash console (silver back plate, blue lights) to make it a bit nicer looking. the car came with a stock stereo and i got bored so i also upgraded that to the
following:
5-1/4 Alpine type-r components and tweets up front - http://www.cbrstereo.com/ProductImages/SPR136A.jpg
5-1/4 Alpine type-r 2 ways in the rear -http://akamaipix.crutchfield.com/products/2005/500/l500SPR17LP.jpeg
Nakamichi CD-45Z CD Player (oldschool but if you know audio you know Nak is 100% quality) - http://www.epinions.com/elec_Car_Ste...splay_~reviews
Figervision DVD player in the lower DIN (plays dvd's but great for mp3's as well)
Audiovox 6.8" flipdown screen (mounted so it replaces the interior lights and is in good view) http://www.dandbsales.com/store/come...idProduct=3474
i have a lightning audio 150W 2ch amp (http://www.epinions.com/Lightning_Au...ay_~full_specs) bridged running a single 10" rockford punch (just to give it a nice bassy kick, i hate overkill stereos) http://www.speedsound.com/product.as...ific=jnipkqfrk
Body wise this car is in pretty good condition for a 92 it has a little bit starting by the front and rear drivers fender (see pics), and i believe the previous owner had a bra on the car as the tip of the hood is rusted (new hood is around $40-70 from the JY or dsm forums), other then that the car is pretty clean. This is the perfect car for someone looking for a nice cruise around car that looks/sounds sharp and can be enjoyed by the driver. although its not the TSi, it still has the DOHC 2.0L (not the crappy 1.8L SOHC) engine in it and does have some spiff but at the same time you dont have to pay the insurance/repair bills/gas mileage of a TSi, and still get
the same good looking car. Also this car comes certified and e-tested, all you gotta do is insure it and you are good to go. Price wise im looking for around $3000 but if you show up with cash in hand the price will go down for sure, i have seen many of these cars in worse condition with less stuff for more, so i believe i am being reasonable. also, the car is located in Scarboro, port union/401 area
i am posting this on a few forums so it would be easier if you e-mailed me at victorkiss@gmail.com and tell me what forum you saw the ad on.

forgot to mention, the car had its timing belt changed (these are interference engines so this is important) 40,000 kms ago and has another 60,000kms before it needs to be changed again, and the O2 sensor has also been recently replaced. Sorry but i didnt have enough time to give her a wash but you get the idea, just needs to be cleaned up.

i have more, just e-mail me for any specifics.

Is that Nu-Mixx Klazzikz I see on your LCD? For sh*t like that, you need my old W7 setup. In a place like Toronto, where speeding is usually not possible and the women are fine and plentiful, performance is not as important as a good sound system. Trust me on that. ... By the way, I might take this off you if you give it to me for slightly cheaper. BUMP.
