1992 Volkswagen Jetta - $1600 OBO

I have a 1992 Volkswagen Jetta for sale, in Toronto - GTA.
Engine Size: 1.8l
Asking price is $1600 OBO
I have a clean 4dr 5spd 8v. I Just moved from Caledon to Scarborough for work and school and no longer have need for a car, I bought this in December as an on going project and whatnot, but then of course life changed (as it always does) and I got the chance to finish the semester at school and work. So I jumped at the chances I had too! Anyways, what it comes down to now is I need to sell my car after such little time!
runs well has plenty of new parts!
The Good:
Single round badged front end
Cat back muffler
Lowered on Neuspeed springs
Fully recovered black leather seats with gray inserts
Fog lights
Heat works
New winter tires/ steelies
New water pump
New O2 sensor
New wheels bearing
New snow tires all around
VERY Minimal rust , rain tray is good, subframe is good, trunk is solid etc
The Bad:
Needs some brake work (cheap for those who are handy!)
Speedometer gear has stopped working, causing the odo and speedo to stop working.
Aside from the regular wear and tear on a 18+ year old car, things are generally in place. This would make for a great minimal project for those in the know, or a clean frame to start from scratch with.
Im just looking to get what I paid for it when I bought it. I’ll eat the cost on things I did after the fact, just so I can put the money towards tuition haha
The car comes with winters on steelies and I have 17's for it as well, I also acquired a set of remotec type A's, (borbet before it was borbet) I will include those for another $1000 if you are interested, below are links to some pictures, please get in touch with me at aafo06@hotmail.com if interested, so many things have changed drastically in the last week that I need this car gone so I can fund more university! thanks
