1995 Honda Civic 4dr - $2400

I have a 1995 Honda Civic 4dr for sale, in Toronto - GTA.
Mileage: 250000km
Asking price is $2400
Drivetrain:
JDM b16a with 9x,xxx (doesnt burn any oil)
JDM b16 tranny (No grinds)
AEM air intake
Type R clutch
Type R flywheel
2,25" exhaust + Magnaflow muffler
Interior:
Eg civic si seats
Greddy shift ****
OE black floormats
JVC deck
Exterior:
Enkei rims
JDM corners
Suspension:
Eg si control arms
Tokito struts + coilovers
For safety it will need:
Passenger control arm in the front will need a bushing
Front pads need to be changed (will include a set of new ones)
Emissions:
The car passed last August
Right now it will need a cat put on (currently hollow)
