I've never had A/C on any of my cars (well A/C that worked), not a problem, I completely agree about weight. The lighter the faster. My 02' Civic is a DX with nothing but power steering and even that I could live without. Good luck with the sale, car looks great.

a/c is what ppl want so they dont have to roll their windows down in the summer for me i like a/c and would not buy a car without it but hey thats just me to each their own

Don't get me wrong, we have A/C in our Vibe but that's the family hauler not something I would autocross/Solo with. New cars continue to get more bloated and heavy and require more bhp to keep up with the weight gain. I know we need the safety equipment but do we need quad A/C units and 30 cupholders and well you get the point. Sorry I don't want to sabotage your thread, If I had the money this Teg' would be in my drive.
