97 eclipse fully build 6 bolt
So its time to sell my pride and joy its a 1997 eclipse fully build 6 bolt engine with about 2 thousand miles on it car has been about 300 miles on new paintjob witch cost me 4000 and rims.
This is what i got done to engine when it was rebuild by gord bush
Disassemble Engine and inspection- $125
Engine head rebuild and resurface - $350
Bore/hone cylinders walls plus wash and replace frost plugs - $235
Resurface block deck- $65
Balance rotating assembly- $240
Align hone main bore- $150
Micro polish crankshaft- $40
Assemble bottom end/set ring gaps - $250
Assemble long block assembly- $100

Eagle H-Beam Connecting Rods $320

Topline Oil Pump Assembly $150
Topline Waterpump $60
Topline complete gasket kit $125

why would i want low compression pistons for a car with this mutch power the only reason low compression pistons are good are for low boost this is a car that can be put to 30-45 psi
