Up for sale is my baby, I have owned this car for the past year, I bought the car from the original owner. In the past year i did all the work to this car, all work was done at a honda dealership and has been maintained meticulously. Im talkin, oil changes every 3000 km, brake services every 6k and only Honda OEM parts were used. Vehicle was exceptionally well taken care of, still has the original windshield!
Previous owner had all work done at a dealership before as well. Anyways here is a list of everything:

Interior:
-Full 2001 integra leather interior
-Very clean inside
-tachometer
-armrest
-panasonic touch screen DVD player screen deck
-all upgraded speakers (unsure what make)

Engine/Performance
-JDM B16A Engine
-LS Hydro tranny
-Brand new clutch (replaced 100km ago)
-short shifter
-Head gasket was replaced in the winter
-cold air intake
- Engine bay shampoo'd once a month, very clean

Suspension
-Tein Basic full coilovers (over $1000 new)
-SIR rear swaybar

Exterior
-Type R front lip
-Type R rear spoiler
-car is clean, paint looks amazing! had front end of vehicle repainted when i bought it, since then it has had a drivers door replaced due to someone that backed into it, door was professionally repainted and blended. other then that the rest of the paint is all original, no other accidents.
-ROTA SLIPSTREAMS DO NOT COME WITH VEHICLE
I will be putting stock steelies with all seasons back on

The vehicle will come safetied and emission, i know it needs nothing for a safety. The etest is still valid, it was just done in July.
However it currently has no catalytic converter. it has the stock exhaust system on it.
Body has 330k, Engine has roughly 100k
