Moving to a new house in June and I only have room for 1 car! I'm looking to unload 2 of my 3 cars, the Integra and either the IS300 or the Civic. All cars are located in Richmond Hill for viewing, they are all my cars... I'm not a dealership or something. 1) 1994 Acura Integra LS Sedan
285,XXX kms, 5 Speed (RARE!), Burgundy Exterior, Black/Grey Cloth Interior, Power windows/locks/mirrors/sunroof/steering, Cruise Control, A/C, Tilt Steering, OEM Spoiler, 14" Alloy Wheels, ABS, AutoPage Remote Starter with Keyless Entry.

This car has been sitting in my garage for over 2 months now, I bought it to replace the EK hatch as a daily driver/project car but never got around to registering it. To certify, the car will need rear brakes (rotors & pads), front lower control arm bushings, and an ABS sensor. I only drove the car home, but the motor runs strong, the interior is very clean, there are no signs of major collision, but it has been repainted before.

Just note that an LS sedan (sunroof & cruise control) is very rare to find in 5 speed... even more rare with a black/grey interior. Most LS sedans for sale are automatic and/or have a beige/tan interior.

3) 2002 Lexus IS300 Sedan

This car is in excellent condition, all original, no accidents. The interior is in mint condition, the exterior is flawless with the exception of about 4 door dings and some rock chips in the front. Finding a manual IS300 is very hard, especially in this colour! The 5 Speed IS300's at this price or less in the trader right now are all Hunter Green on Tan, Blue on Tan, etc. I will also include a set of 16" Steelies with 205/55/16 Gislavid Winter tires if the price is right (only used 1 season).
