FS: 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt TURBOCHARGED

Hello Everyone,
Unfortunately I am forced to sell my turbo ralliart. I don’t want to sell it, but because of financial problems, and a recent accident with my other car, I have no other choice. The car is listed with the following:
- New Tires
- Custom Clutch and Lightened Flywheel
- 3 inch gutted exhaust (does not sound lot like exhausted civics)
- Intercooled
- GT25 dual ball bearing turbo
- Log style manifold
- 550cc fuel injectors
- New spark plugs
- Bride seats
- CAI
- MOMO 4 point seat harness X 2
- GSC harness bar (coming in mail soon)
- Carbon Fiber hood
- MOMO steering wheel, shift ****, shift boot, hand break, and hand break boot
- CompuStar alarm system
- AEM Wide band O2 sensor
- Autometer Boost/vac guage, egt, oil tmp and big rpm guage
- Turbo smart BOV
- Custom ECU chip
- Evo spoiler (no carbon fiber center)
- Most of the stock parts
As an added bonus, I will throw in my damaged Celica, which is the main reason why I am selling, for no charge. The engine runs really strong; it drives well, and has no problems. Only thing it needs is about 2k of body work because I clipped someone’s corner. It’s a 1990 model with about 220,000 km only. Was a great winter car.
This car has never been driven in the snow, is garage kept, and I rarely push it. This is a 2004 model purchased in 2004, but it has spent 1 year in the garage getting modified. I haven’t had time to put the carbon fiber hood on this year, because I just got it back a few weeks ago. I only use royal purple products on this car, I am the only owner, I wash the car every weekend (because I have no life), and it has less the 50,000KM. This car is currently set to 10psi which produces around 212WHP and a bit less then 230lbs/ft (torque, sorry, don’t know how it’s written)
The car is still under lease. I was planning to do the buy back when the lease is up. I think it was around 8k for the buy back. There are still 3 more years on the lease @ 321/month, so I am looking for someone to take up my lease, but also $5,000 cash on top of the lease because most parts aren’t even a year old (negotiable). The lease is an open lease, so if you have enough money, you can buy it out at any time. If you would like to buy the car with cash, the asking price is 23,000 o.b.o.
