Car is in mint shape and I am not willing to part out anything, so please don't ask. Quite a few people on this board can vouch for me on the condition of this car since it has been meticulously cared for and babied from day one. If you're looking for a Mint SiR, it is worth it to come check it out.

Everyone - please note that this is not your typical civic - and that it is NOT riced out or even driven hard.
The seller is a good friend, and with that - I know for a fact that he barely drives it (as he would rather boot around in his Tercel rather then put unnecessary KM on the SIR)
He cleans it, even if it’s not dirty - and spends money on it when it doesn't even really need to have anything done.
Who here would send there oil out for sampling / to be analyzed? He did - just to feel better knowing that his car has mint internals. He stores this car in a heated garage and has a heated blanket that covers it.
This car is in pristine condition - and has LOW mileage that can be proven with the file folders of receipts kept in a secured location.
This car also does not make any 'weird' noises of any sort - it looks stock and clean - but performs better then your typical SIR.
I have never seen / heard of a performance automobile owner that is this meticulous - he can be very annoying when it comes to this car - and at times I can't understand why he does what he does - but in the end, this is the ULTIMATE car for anyone that is in search of this model. I put money on it that you will not find a 'comparable' car for the money.
If you are in search of the last of the 'real' Canadian spec SIR's - then this is the car you have been looking for. The VSM paint color really brings out this shining example of what an SIR should be - and this is what people should use as a fine example when modifying there own car. The parts used are only the best that you can buy for this specific model - and there was NO expense spared making this car what it is today.
