The car now has a valid Emissions Test and a Safety Certification.
A set of fresh control-arm bushings and a rear ball-joint ($500) was replaced at BimmerSport.ca in order to make the car 100% Safety-Legal.
I have also put on a new set of 4 GoodYear Eagle F1 GS-D3 tires ($1300):

This M3 is now perfect and it's ready to go to a new home. It's ready to be registered by the new owner as soon as it's purchased.
