#1
Modded 94 TSI FWD
3" SS turbo back with hi-flow cat, and stock looking magnaflow muffler
2g ported exhaust manifold/o2 housing
K&N intake
2.5" SS charge piping, greddy TypeS BOV, SPEARCO FMIC
264 exhaust/intake cams
Walbro 190l/h fuel pump
Hi-Flow fuel filter (cleanable filter element)
Braided fuel lines, earl fittings
Aeromotive AFPR with gauge
660s fuel injectors
GM MAF sensor, MAFT relocated in the cabin for ease of tuning while driving
SS catch can
EPROM ECU, with a custom programmed chip for 660s
2 piston calipers in the front with larger disks
Real manual steering rack (not a disconnected power steering one, removed power steering components)
Removed A/C
Polyurethane engine/tranny mounts
Polyurethane control arm bushings
New lifters/main bearings/stuts
New front wheel bearings
No accidents.
It's got 308K on original engine, the clutch was replaced 2 years ago with a stock awd one.
As for the engine, the main bearings were replaced less than 2 years ago, the rear main seal was replaced when the clutch was changed.
It's got 3g lifters (brand new). The t-belt/water pump, belts was done at 240K.
The following sensors are less than 2 years old: oil pressure warning, oil pressure gauge, knock, o2.
The oil pressure releave valve spring is new.
I replaced the crank pulley with a brand new one, less than 2 years ago.
The struts are again less than 2 years old (kyb gr2).
New lower control arm bushings, front wheel bearings (2 years ago).
The rear calipers were replaced with used ones 2 years ago.
The pads were done last fall.
I put 2 piston calipers/disks with braided lines at the same time.
I've spent a lot of money in the past 2-4 years just replacing whatever I thought was necessary to make it perfect. I am not going to list them all here, there are too many things, and I probably forgot some.
Just 2 weeks ago I've put in new spark plugs (NGK).
