the rust is almost un noticable, very small paint chip, and can be easily fixed within a 100$
Its not a hole in the body, just a minor paint rust damage, other then that, there is absolutely no rust under the car, its body or the hood, the car is spotless clean inside & out.

why is the hood like that...?

yeah it kinda looks like the hood is popping out a little bit, but thats just because the picture was taken at an angle

and no, the car hasnt ben lowered at all. it's still on the original shocks/suspention

Yeah, Just got new rear brake pads & new rear rotors TODAY!.
so now the car really doesnt need anything at all.
