Talon TSI AWD with upgrades FS
1995 Eagle Talon TSI AWD
Car has 230,000km on it, Motor was replaced a few months ago with only 60k on it and the automatic transmission was also rebuilt at the time with a shift kit.
Replacement motor is a 6 bolt 4G63T out of a Lancer Evo.
Large Front mount intercooler
Eclipse Front end conversion
Halo projector lights
3" turbo back exhaust including 3" High flow catalytic converter.
Power slot brake rotors front and back with KVR high performance pads.
18" ADR 10 spoke rims (Gold) with 50% left of performance tires.
Tien Lower Springs (About 2" drop)
CD/DVD/MP3 player, Digital Cap, wiring, component rear speakers, trunk has custom box built into spare tire well for 3 10" subs (subs/Amp not included)
Leather seats.
Tinted Windows (Dark)
Front strut bar
Lots of new parts, including motor, rebuilt transmission, windshield, front bearings, wideband O2 sensor, starter.
Bad stuff:
-Strut bat rubs hood when going over bumps and makes a squeaking noise.
-Exhaust is so big when under load it rattles against the car (will fix soon if i have time)
-Exhaust is LOUD (4" tip)
-AWD grabs the road and ruins the fun of doing burnouts... but it WILL get sideways if you try.
Stock shocks are a little tired, probably due to the lower springs... car rides a bit on the bouncy side.
Selling because my kid/baby seat/Dog don't fit in the back seat as easily as they did when they were smaller.
Asking $5000 e-tested, as-is.
Need to fix horn for safety, that is all.
Can meet for viewing anywhere in the area.

Rep Power: 568 I'm more or less looking a family car. So I am open to trades. I have my eyes on a grand prix gtp, so If i can get $3,800 before that car is gone sold, I'd be satisfied. I'm looking to trade for sometihng similar to that or like a subaru impreza or legacy.
I also fixed the squeak caused by the strut bar rubbing on the hood.

What is wrong with the horn? Is it just wiring or the actual Sterring Wheel Im pretty interested But I would be driving this all year long so Do you have a stock set or rims with tires and stock suspesion or just the lowered springs?

I have no other rims. Just the 18" with summer tires which honestly are quite scary on snowy days. You can pick up a set of steel rims and winters pretty cheap at crappy tire.
The horn, I have no idea what's wrong I havent even looked at it. Could be a fuse for all I know.
His looks pretty nice. Actually nicer, but isn't he asking something ridiculous like $10,000?

I did the swap myself at work (I build airplanes) and I got the motor from ******** in Toronto. A friend at MR. Transmission did the tranny rebuilt for $900. The tranny is beautiful, but the valve onthe torque converter sticks, so when the car sits, the torque converter drains, and when you restart it, you have to wait for the TC to prime before it will go into gear. Replaceing the valve would have cost another grand. So i told him as long as it dosent affect reliability dont worry.
Right now I am in negotiations for a straight trade for another car.

I'll post some more pics today.
Its for the contour SVT on the domestic section. I'm a little hesitant myself. But it fits what I need. Family is just too big for a sports coupe. Plus I have 2 RX7s to play with in the summer.

And these are the brakes.

A lot of talkers, but no-one's actually came to SEE the car yet.
The strut bar squeak has been fixed. Car drives nice. Even with summer tires I havent been stuck in this 3ft deep snow yet. Its a lot of car for the money.
