Frame or body? If the frame's been patched up then forget about it, if it's the body then ok.

Don't be all wow'ed about the 454 though, junkyard 454's are cheap as .

Should post a few pics...to see how good the body and interior is...Fiberglass on the frame??...get some numbers off of the block and heads...you may be lucky and score an early Bigblock...even if the engine had the "peanut heads" it can still be made to run fairly hard...preferably it would have a T-10 4 speed...and check the transverse spring for any cracks....just some things to look at

if everything is good then make a deal....later you can race Ricernoob and make him your little bitch

Okay thats a pretty mindless post considering you dont give him any reasons why you shouldn't buy the car.

Anyways some pics would really help. I mean the car sounds like it has some good potential but make sure a shop checks it out to make sure the frame is in good cond and also check the #'s on the engine.

If you like the car and the condition is good then go for it, I personally don't like most american cars, but this one is something that even I enjoy. Just be prepaired for the potentiall expenses in terms of repairs and restoration by the sound of it's current shape.
