I beg to differ on that one, Danielle, my car doesn't really sound that raspy at higher RPMs with the magnaflow, it's packed to avoid the rasp. As far as what Josh was saying about breaking it in, regardless of metal or fiberglass it still needs to be broken in because of the manufacturing oils and what not that are in the muffler which have an effect on the sound coming out. My magnaflow catback exhaust smoked yellow smoke for a few days until the oil was all out, then it was pure bliss to the ears.

ya thats true but go w the magnaflow u get a crapload of power out of it and its all stainless so it wont rust and it has an awsome rumble at idle every 1 thinks its a 8 up to 3000 rpm

yeah magnaflow gives best power and is quiet but that means its not as anoying. flowmaster has probably the best tone, but if you have a 3.4...stay away. if you have a cammed and ported 3.4 with a flowmaster...stay even further away. my car is getting annoying. i hope headers deepen it up
