for right now, they are tad much. But as to later on after whatever you have in the works is done, it all depends on what that is.

4.10's in an auto V6 would be way to steep. On V8 forums they always recomand 3.73's for auto LS1's so I can't imagine what they'd be like for a V6. I have 3.73's on my manual V6 and they were to steep.

call a gear manufacturer and see what they recomend for your setup and sriving habits, everyone says throw this gear at teh car, and it may kill the powerband

what they said^ might be too steap, and u have to get your PCM recalibrated for the gears so your speedo won't be way off. Also, watch out for your tranny, i lunched mine and jsut to have to replace with a used tranny was $803. and that's from a guy i've know for a while. No telling what price you'd get from some where else. Also, not sure if 98+ have them, but i know on the 97 and earlier V6s some years had 2-piece drive shafts. I dunno, just reminding you to think of everything that it will effect before you take the leap.
