back seat delete?

Should I do it? If i do i will make it flat all the way across and not lumpy. Than i could make some cool little compartments where the bottom of the seats were. I am working on a little weight reduction right now even though i dont think it will make much of a difference. The back of the seat is 2 pieces unlike other 3rd gens and weigh more than others also.

I just did it myself but I didn't save any weight because I put my stereo equipment there. Let me go take some pictures for you.

That's what i was planning on doing and building a box myself but there are too many angles for me and i don't have that much time after school.

It's nice because I can still take it out for when I go to the track. (I'm going out right now to take the pictures.)

actually 4th gen is the heaviest. I've done a few 3rd gens since the backseat was useless anyway, most had the split seatback (only the el cheapo and early 3rd gens had the 1 piece seat to my knowledge)

i meant that i thought the split seats were heaviest out of all the 3rd gens. I thought they only put them in verts for the top to go down easier. What did you put in place of the seats? anything?

Looks good chad. Why 3 amps though and only 1 sub?(probably a stupid question but i thought id ask.)

The class D one channel amp is for the sub and the two, two channel amps are for the front and rear speakers.

Then I wouldn't have anywhere to put my ttops and how is it amatureish compared to the last one? It's the same layout just in a different spot.

there were no factory verts, they had no idea what car was being pulled to be chopped up. We put carpet in some boxes in others
