Best polish for my intake?

I'm looking at things like Blue Magic's all metal polish and mother's mag/aluminum polish. Any recommendations?

the blue magic works well, but to get a regular intake to shine you need a high speed buffer

haven't tried that, but my dremel barely turns fast enough to polish an intake it may work but you'll be standing there until next year

That sucks, so no matter what I tried I could not get it to even shine a little (at least get the condensation off)? I was hoping I could polish my intake and my alt.

they are cast you need to knock all that casting off most pros use a stand buffer that looks like a bench grinder

Chris- about the best thing I can recommend to do is take the alt and intake off and use a combination of a wire wheel on a grinder and some smaller things such as a dremel to get into the smaller spots. I did it to my intake and with a little elbow grease, paint and some patience you can take a normal lookin intake and make it look like something.

Also- there are some products that are avail to use thru a sand blaster that would take off the factory crappy look to it.

Chris -- There's a guy by the name of Todd on LS1tech, basically, almost his whole engine bay is polished, and he's got a write-up on how to polish everything up to a chrome look.

here's the link!

I managed to polish mine to a chrome finish using just a rag and mothers aluminum polish. Maybe a previous owner did it with a machine a long time ago, because i thought that was cake.
