I've been looking for one as well so I've been researching it a lot. From what I get there's no one clutch that really seems to stand above the rest but SPEC and Ram seem to be the two most loved clutches on the different LS1 forums. Percentage wise I've heard the least negative feedback on the Ram.

Spec Stage 2 or 3 Clutches are good from what I hear. Most people that I know of go with Spec Stage 3.

hey man, i currently have a SPEC Stage 2 Clutch in my camaro. (2000 z28) I have not been very pleased with it. I did do the mistake of letting a friend drive it without me in the car and now it is out. im sure he drove it extremely hard but he does have a stick himslf. My clutch is now completly out. I just bought it like 2 or 3 months ago and have only put like 5000 miles max on it since. I took it to one of the known shops for them as well. but i think he either made a mistake in putting in the new kit and t/o bearings or there was a manufactur defect in the clutch kit which is helpless since most if not all places that sell performance clutches cant warranty them. i am goin to replace it with another one and see. i just know when they say dont drive it hard untill you have put atleast 400 miles they mean it. also with a stage 2 clutch you will need a larger slave cylinder. i bought a z06 one off of paceparts.com for around 100 dollars.
