Ok so I've narrowed it down. keep in mind I want it decently loud with as little rasp as possible, I like the low grumble like old muscle cars.

I think your best choice will be the TSP rumbler or the Loudmouth II.

I think the rumbler sounds a little better (from recordings I have heard) if you want to spend a few hundred get some chambered mufflers (like on teh yenko cars)

Only thing scaring me away from getting the TSP is that they seem to only offer it in 3" size. I don't want to lose torque/HP in the low end.

you wont, 3" is the best thing to get no matter what people say about 3" on a V6 its dam worth it and u wont lose anything.

No, it's not. Flowmaster is notorious for horrible performance, and not even a good sound.

Yep this guy at work has an IROC-Z with Flowmaster and sound like a BEAST!
But well he was done a lot of Mods to the car also. OH and is not a 350 is a 400
