Its not going to be for a while cuase paint and body wrk will be about 4 grand when its done... yes, 4 grand. But my plans is to still make the side exiting work. I already have the chrome Z28 style tips and the holes in the ground effects cut (figured it'd be best to do that before the shop lays down paint). The real plan is to run the stock muffler with the tips dumping out of site in about the stock location. Then headers and high flow cats with a tricky dual electirc cutout worked into the side exiting along each side of the car. So when i need it to be loud and cool it will be, but when the cops are around only slightly louder than stock. But again - this wont be for a while. But i needed to knwo the stock pipes size for the electic cut-out order. One piece at a time you know?

I would just get a couple 2.5" ones. You will have to adapt them down but twin 2.5" pipe should work just fine considering your setup...

I understand and four grand doesn't sound that bad when you think about all the work that's getting done. They're not just painting a hood the stock color like on my car, they have a lot of work to do.
I understand the cutout idea, I remember you saying you found a way to keep it street legal and now it makes sense.
