I beg to differ I got the American Thunder Series and I think they sound better then my brothers 3.8 with flowmasters It sounds really good IMO and I get compliments all the time for them.
RK sport sells a good High flow cat as well. I was going to order it but dont know if right now is the right time since Major mods are on the way.

a high flow cat flows almost identical to a straight pipe, the stock cat flows better than most performance mufflers (the earliy 80's cats were junk) they have made improvements that the customizing community has ignored
