friday night at the strip...
well me, len and a buddy of ours w/ a 2000 mustang gt went down the track last nite and here's the results:
my best: 14.13 @ 98.77 w/ a 2.2 60 ft
00 mustang: 14.17 @ 98.28 w/ a 2.2 60 ft
*this is the same stang i posted a kill about and you guys (well most of you) all chewed it out and said stangs are worthless races and are races for v6 camaros. well, here ya go. our times all nite were nearly identical...60ft, 1000ft, 1/8 etc. the mph for the 1/8 and 1/4 were dead on too. plus all the stang has is an x-pipe and a catback. so if v6 camaros can beat those gt stangs, than there's no sense in buying an lt1, cause they would be beating them too.
we also met this kid w/ a srt 4 runnin a 13.5 @ 103. he had a wastegate, boost controller and a custom exhaust....

one word.....SLIP THAT CLUTCH! :banghead: thats 3 words, but you get the idea. That would have been your 13 second timeslip right there.
Bernotas05- If you don't mind meeting up with a 5.7 liter mustang, I'm up for a track meet.
