Front lower A-arm
it's not too bad, pull the strut, remove the castle nut from teh lower ball joint (have a jack under the a arm since it may want to pop free and hit you) give some space for the thing to drop (an inch or 2) hit the spindle with a hammer near the ball joint, or if replacing the joint put the nut on a couple of turns (not a bad safety measure anyway) and smack the joint a few times to break it free (there is a special tool that works, but takes the same amount of time as this) remove the nuts and bolts on the end of the arm and it's off

heres a walkthrough on removing the strut:

once you get that off you just unbolt the A arm.
