I don't have to fully remove all the paint from my bodykit? Even if it's peeling off in some spots? And if not where do i get the scuffer?

Nope, no need to completely remove all the paint. If its peeling in some spots just smooth it out and put some primer over those spots and sand them down with 220 grit sand paper.

if it's peeling I would probably strip it unless it's from being hit, there may be contamination underneath (a body shop would not normally strip it, but for top quality it should be)
