havent hooked up the wiring for the halo's, but u need to hook it up to the wiring harness, either to the fog lights or the daytime running lights, im doing mine to the day time running lights.

i installed my halo to my DRL...halo got red for positive and black for ground..connect red with DRL blue wire and black to DRL black...ur halo will light up at daytime and act as a signal lights too....thats how i connect with my 98 camaro...Note ...goodluck its a bit tight space out there i suggest u access the DRL thru the bottom part just remove the plastic piece....

i have them, they are a ***** to install and remeber aftermarket wont fit flush...these lights need night tuning, dont worry about minor gaps, no lights will fit 100% flush.
