i blew a header gasket...how hard are they to change thanks...on a 94 Z without the AIR

is it a manifold or header? on there

Bolts are a little tough to get to but shouldnt be too hard as long as you aren't tryign to take the header off. Remember - 6 bolts per side.

Mid-length header gaskets will be easier to change than stock manifolds. I personally used Fel-Pro 1406 header gaskets. Between those and locking header bolts, I have no leaks and no problems.
